Overview
Before you start to work on your website running on Web Engine CMS, there are a few things to know.
1.) If you find things displayed in screenshots are not visible in your backend, please realize that you might not have rights to see certain areas or submodules. User accounts were tailored to provide access to the necessary elements of Web Engine.
2.) You should have the rights needed to build in your context. If you do not have a needed piece of functionality, please contact your administrator.
3.) If you click on an element and land on the Dashboard module, and this repeats as you attempt it again, it means that you do not have rights to use that functionality.
4.) Save your work before leaving the page. Web Engine will go where you need to go, there are no prompts to save unfinished work.
5.) The documentation is being updated and produced as new functionality is built. Thank you for your patience.
6.) If you find a bug or an issue with the documentation, please write to us: web@adventist.cloud Please include the following:
- The entity being worked on (Name of organization directly above the Dashboard module)
- URL where you are working (Copy the browser address and paste it into the email)
- Clearly define the problem (What are you trying to do, that you are not able to do)
- What steps cause the problem (Clearly tell us what steps to take, so we can reproduce the problem)
- If you are able to send a short video, that can help us to quickly see what the issue is
